1. How do I place an order?

1. Browse and shop from our easy to use, secure online store, adding wholesale packs to the shopping cart. (There is no minimum order).

2. Proceeed to the checkout and complete the delivery and payment details. (We only collect simple personal details to complete the checkout process.)

It is that simple. However, if you need any help along the way, we are here to assist you and guide you through the process.

2. How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.

If you decide to pay with bank transfer, the bank details for payment will be emailed to you at the time of checkout.

All payments made online are secure and encrypted with the latest security protection. It confirmed that you are in secure (SSL) mode when the little padlock appears on the bottom of your screen.

3. What are your delivery charges and details?

We have a simple order process and all orders are packed and ready for dispatch within 5 days.

Depending on where you are located, you will receive your stock usually within 7 days.
